Job Tittle:  Project Support Specialist

Pay per hour:  $24.00 (W2 Contractor)

Part-Time Hours per week: 32 hours a week (hours will vary between 25-40/wk)
Contract Duration: 2 years
Location:  Burlington, NJ (Must be open to reporting location of Burlington)

Job Responsibilities

The Project Support Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of customer facing outreach communication materials. They will receive packet specifications to be printed, assembled, and distributed to customers in the applicable locations statewide per the week’s schedule. Any significant findings while delivering outreach materials will be documented and communicated to ensure resolution and close out.

Job Specific Qualifications

• Must be open to part time hours 
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Valid NJ Driver License
• Preferred skills include campaign canvassing, door to door delivery, bilingual not required but a plus
• Ability to walk many miles per day – good physical condition
• Ability to travel throughout the company service territory - reimbursement will be provided
• Reliable Transportation (cannot be public transportation or ride share)

Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
• Previous experiences utilizing basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• MS Project experience a plus
• PMP certification a plus
