Job Title:  Sales Consultant (W2 Contractor)

Location: Cranford, NJ

Compensation:  $20/hr - $25/hr

Duration:  5 months (40 hrs per week)

**Must be legally able to work in the United States


We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager (W2 Contractor) to support the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s call center in achieving enrollment targets.

The Inside Sales Manager will monitor program enrollment metrics and provide guidance to call center managers & supervisors in achieving program enrollment targets in multiple office locations. They will collaborate with various professionals, and therefore must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the call center supervisory team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to motivate the existing group of supervisors to ensure goals are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create reports and perform analysis to guide and provide recommendations to CSRS
- Track enrollment targets for multiple teams
- Suggest and implement call handling and quality improvements
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on enrollment metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual enrollment forecasts
- Use customer and employee feedback to generate ideas about product improvements
- Research and discover methods to improve call center representative engagement
- Ensure finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open communication environment for the supervisory teams
- Act as a liaison with Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure brand consistency and increase program enrollments

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Hands on experience with CRM systems and MS Excel
- Understanding of call center operation
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 5 years experience and Bachelor’s degree
