Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Invoice processing management, responsible for initial receipt of invoice electronically, input of internal accounting & accounting verification approval. Required: understanding of accrual processes & knowledge of contracts, strong data analytical skills, general knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Receive packet specifications to be printed, assembled, and distributed to customers in the applicable locations statewide per the week’s schedule. Required: High School Diploma, knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word & Excel, able to walk many miles per day while campaign canvassing.
